With the new AME 18 pallet truck, Jungheinrich is presenting an innovative truck for in-house material flows. The AME 18 has been specially developed for the growing demands of modern logistics processes. Its compact design, robust construction and high performance make it the lightweight champion in its class.
The truck is the product of a close development collaboration between the Jungheinrich locations in Norderstedt and Qingpu and marks another step forward for technological independence and innovative strength.
With its load-bearing capacity of 1,800 kg, compact dimensions and low unladen weight, the AME 18 is ideal for daily pallet transport – even in particularly tight spaces or weight-sensitive environments such as shops, production sites or lorry beds. The modern lithium-ion technology provides high levels of energy efficiency and availability. An integrated rapid-charging function and maintenance-free drive motor enable flexible intermediate charging. Swapping an empty battery for a fully charged one is quick and easy – a decisive advantage in time-critical logistics processes.
One-handed operation from both sides combined with an intuitive user interface ensures convenient and safe handling. Thanks to a crawl speed button, the AME 18 can be precisely manoeuvred even in tight spaces. The reinforced steel construction and protected support wheels ensure maximum safety.
