In e-commerce, retail distribution and omnichannel logistics, warehouses must handle increasing order volumes, shorter delivery cycles and fluctuating demand peaks. At SITL 2026, held from March 31 to April 2, Fives is presenting its latest automation solutions for automated storage and order preparation in Hall 7 – Stand D145.
The company’s portfolio addresses key performance indicators in logistics operations, including throughput, storage density and operational flexibility, with systems designed to integrate into existing warehouse infrastructures.
Automated Drive for rapid order pick-up
Fives introduces a new-generation automated Drive solution intended to streamline order collection processes. The system is designed to enable customers to retrieve prepared orders within minutes, supporting click-and-collect and last-mile fulfillment models.
By automating order storage and retrieval, the solution reduces manual handling steps and shortens waiting times. This approach supports consistent service levels during demand peaks while limiting the need for additional floor space.
Agile fulfillment with software and AMRs
The Caja solution combines warehouse management intelligence with autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) to support flexible order fulfillment. The system dynamically allocates tasks and routes robots according to real-time demand.
This architecture allows facilities to scale operations incrementally, adapting to changes in SKU mix, order profiles and seasonal peaks without requiring major structural modifications. The integration of software control and mobile robotics aims to improve responsiveness while maintaining operational continuity.
Compact cubic storage with AutoStore integration
Fives also presents its integration of the AutoStore cubic storage system. The grid-based storage concept maximizes vertical space utilization and increases storage density compared to conventional racking systems.
By combining compact storage with automated bin retrieval, the system is suited for high-SKU environments where space optimization and fast picking are required. Integration by Fives ensures compatibility with broader warehouse control systems and material flow processes.
Modular high-speed storage and picking platform
In addition to individual solutions, Fives demonstrates an all-in-one modular automated storage system designed for high-speed omnichannel order preparation. The modular structure enables phased implementation aligned with business growth.
The platform supports rapid throughput while maintaining flexibility for varying order sizes and channels. By combining automated storage, intelligent software and scalable architecture, the system targets facilities seeking to modernize operations without complete infrastructure replacement.
At SITL 2026, Fives’ automation specialists are available to discuss system design, integration and operational optimization, supporting warehouse transformation from concept development to commissioning and long-term operation.
