Hai Robotics AMER & Maveneer integrate warehouse automation

Hai Robotics AMER and Maveneer have established a cooperation to deliver an integrated automation solution combining robotic storage systems, system integration, and orchestration software for manufacturing and distribution environments.

The collaboration focuses on deploying a unified automation architecture that connects material handling, system control, and execution layers to improve operational consistency and scalability in logistics-intensive facilities.

Integration of robotics and orchestration software
The solution combines the HaiPick System 3 from Hai Robotics AMER with the WxS enterprise software platform developed by Maveneer. The HaiPick system is based on autonomous case-handling robots operating within high-density storage environments, enabling goods-to-person workflows without requiring fixed conveyor infrastructure.

The WxS platform functions as an orchestration layer, coordinating data exchange between warehouse control systems, robotic subsystems, and execution processes. This enables synchronization of inventory movements, task allocation, and order processing within a single operational framework.

Engineering roles and system responsibilities
Within the cooperation, Hai Robotics AMER provides the robotic hardware, storage architecture, and core automation technology. Maveneer is responsible for system integration, engineering design, and deployment, as well as implementation of the WxS software layer.

This division of responsibilities allows the system to be configured according to site-specific requirements, including layout constraints, throughput targets, and integration with existing warehouse management systems.

Application in manufacturing and distribution
The integrated solution is designed for use in manufacturing logistics and distribution centers where order fulfillment speed, storage density, and labor efficiency are critical performance parameters. High-density storage enabled by robotic handling reduces the physical footprint required per unit of inventory, while goods-to-person workflows reduce operator travel time.

The orchestration layer ensures that material flow and order execution are aligned, supporting consistent throughput and reducing variability in order processing times.

Operational impact and scalability
By integrating robotics with centralized software control, the system reduces reliance on manual coordination and fragmented system interfaces. This contributes to more predictable operations and improved resource allocation, particularly in environments with fluctuating demand.

The modular architecture of both the HaiPick system and WxS platform supports incremental expansion. Additional robots, storage modules, or process functions can be integrated without requiring a complete system redesign, allowing facilities to scale capacity in line with operational growth.

The cooperation between Hai Robotics AMER and Maveneer illustrates how combining robotic automation with software orchestration can enable coordinated, system-level optimization in industrial logistics environments.
