As warehouses and retail back-of-house operations push for higher throughput with limited aisle space, compact pallet trucks with predictable uptime are increasingly prioritized. Baoli, part of the KION Group, has introduced the KBP 14H lithium-powered pallet truck for medium to heavy-duty internal material handling.
Built for tight aisles and mixed logistics environments
The KBP 14H is designed for use across warehousing, retail, manufacturing, e-commerce operations, and food logistics. The unit combines a compact chassis with a rated capacity of 1,400 kg, targeting day-to-day movement of palletized loads where maneuverability and stability are equally important.
For confined areas, the truck includes a creep-speed (slow travel) function intended to support controlled movement and positioning, particularly when working in narrow aisles or close to racking and docking zones.
Stability and traction for heavier loads
To improve stability under load, the KBP 14H uses a 5-point chassis design. Baoli also integrates cushioned stabilizer wheels to support traction and handling on uneven surfaces, which can be relevant in transitional areas such as ramps, loading bays, or mixed-floor warehouse zones.

Operator interface with keyless access
From an operational standpoint, the KBP 14H is designed around safe handling and reduced operator effort. Baoli describes improvements in stability, reduced steering effort, and higher maneuverability, along with a layout intended to maintain a safe distance between the operator and the truck.
The control interface is built around ergonomic controls and a keyless access system using a secure PIN code, removing the need for physical keys and supporting controlled access within shared fleet environments.
48 V lithium battery with integrated charging
The KBP 14H is powered by a 48 V, 30 Ah lithium-ion battery, intended to support extended autonomy and high equipment availability. Charging is supported via an integrated charger, allowing connection to a standard 230 V outlet and enabling partial charging during shift breaks.
Baoli states the battery can be recharged to full capacity in approximately two hours, positioning the truck for operations that rely on opportunity charging to reduce downtime and simplify fleet planning across multi-shift facilities.
